Camela

Camela Spritz

50 ml Camela
Top up with sparkling wine
(alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Orange

Pour Camela into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of orange.

Camela Sour

50 ml Camela
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Ginger

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of ginger.

Camel's Neck

50 ml Camela
Top up with ginger ale
Garnish: Orange zest

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with an orange zest.

Camela Fizz

50 ml Camela
20 ml lemon juice
Top up with soda water
Garnish: Orange

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with a piece of orange.

Camela Mule

Camela Mule
50 ml Camela
20 ml lime juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Ginger & orange

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of ginger and a piece of orange.

Oriental Negroni

30 ml Camela
30 ml gin
30 ml sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange zest

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a tumbler. Garnish with an orange zest.

Ricordino

Ricordino Spritz

50 ml Ricordino
Top up with sparkling wine (alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Lemon & rosemary (optional)

Pour Ricordino into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add rosemary if you like.

Rico Mule

Rico Mule
50 ml Ricordino
20 ml lime juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Lime & thyme (optional)

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a piece of lime and add thyme if you like.

Ricordino Smash

40 ml Ricordino
20 ml gin
30 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Lime & basil (optional)

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with a piece of lime and add basil if you like.

Ricordino Collins

50 ml Ricordino
20 ml lemon juice
Top up with soda water
Garnish: Lime & basil (optional)

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with a piece of lime and add basil if you like.

Ricordino Tonic

50 ml Ricordino
Top up with tonic water
Garnish: Lemon & rosemary (optional)

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add rosemary if you like.

Rico Lemon Sorbet

40 ml Ricordino
40 ml white wine
1 scoop of lemon sorbet
A splash of soda water
Garnish: Lemon

Place a scoop of lemon sorbet into a coupe glass. Add the liquid ingredients and garnish with a piece of lemon.

Kalyx

Kalyx Spritz

50 ml Kalyx
Top up with sparkling wine (alternatively: white wine & soda water)
Garnish: Lemon & raspberries

Pour Kalyx into a wine glass filled with ice cubes and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of lemon and raspberries.

Kalyx Sour

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: Lemon & raspberries (optional)

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler over ice cubes. Garnish with a piece of lemon and add raspberries if you like.

Kalyx Tonic

50 ml Kalyx
Top up with tonic water
Garnitur: Lemon zest & raspberries (optional)

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon zest and add raspberries if you like.

Kalyx Fizz

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
Top up with tonic water
Garnitur: Lemon or grapefruit zest

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice cubes and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Top up with tonic water and stir briefly. Garnish with a piece of lemon or a grapefruit zest.

Kalyx Mule

50 ml Kalyx
20 ml lemon juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Lemon

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a highball glass. Garnish with a piece of lemon.

Kalyxpolitan

50 ml Kalyx
50 ml cranberry juice
15 ml lime juice
Garnish: Lime

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of lime.
